Consumer Narrative

On XX/XX/year> consumer/Grantor entered into a credit sale with XXXX XXXX XXXX Under inherit rights as custodian, Trustee XXXX XXXX never provided a full disclosure statement for consumer of rights to Opt out of sharing personal and private information to third party entities. Also Trustee XXXX XXXX never had authorization from Grantor i.e. a written statement of instructions consenting to the sharing of personal and private information to other third party entities. Consumer never knowingly, willingly or intentionally waived any reservation of rights. XXXX XXXX XXXX reported personal information to all 3 Credit reporting agencies without expressed or written consent from the consumer. Around XX/XX/XXXX the credit agencies preferably Experian were authorized to do a full verification of all accounts but not limited to XXXX XXXX and provide me with their verification process, where they got their information from as well as the necessary documentation proving that XXXX XXXX provided them with Proof that they provided me with a Full disclosure statement showing me my rights to Opt out of sharing my non public personal information, A letter with the consumers written consent bearing the signature of the consumer authorizing the sharing of personal and private information to other third party entities. The XXXX XXXX account also has been XXXX and Experian is still reporting this account and is also reporting this account as delinquent which is a violation of the FCRA. 15 USC 1692. XXXX XXXX and Experian have conspired against me in coercion to collect an alleged debt against the consumer per 18 USC 894. 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) Clearly describes the meaningful use of consumer report. The contract between XXXX XXXX and consumer no longer exists because it has been XXXX. XXXX XXXX has failed to update this information with the necessary entities and thus is causing consumer harm to reputation and emotional destress. Without the consent of the consumer these actions constitute aggravated identity theft per 18 USC 1028A and violates 15 USC 1681c-1 and as a result of this I have the right to have this information blocked from the consumers credit report per 15 USC 1681c-2 .
