I called in around XXXX XXXX - lady that picked up I had to explain twice in XXXX because apparently whoever is hiring people hires people who don't speak XXXX very well causing customer time and frustration to be wasted. Needless to say I wanted to make a payment on my car note due XX/XX/year> - I asked to provide my bank info to make a payment on the car and then asked to speak with a supervisor she said there was no supervisor until Monday I said they shouldn't be answering phones if there is no supervisor available. needless to say I requested a complaint be filed on my behalf because she refused to assist with the payment and when I asked for the complaint to be filed she said no problem she would do that put me on hold and then never came back. The hold music stopped after holding around XXXX minutes in.
