XX/XX/year> tried to withdraw XXXX dollars out the ATM located atXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Illinois didn't any money dispense but it wasn't taken out of my account when I call customer service they were playing on the phone very unprofessional i had to call several times when did speak to someone they told me that it's still pending so give it 24 hours and it will go back in my account it have been over 24 hours and money is still not in my account, this is my rent money I was trying to withdraw it to pay my rent yesterday if my is not paid today it is a late fee charge can please help me get this resolved before tomorrow
