I am following up on a previous complaint regarding Experians failure to properly investigate and correct inaccurate items on my credit report related to the XXXX data breach. I recently submitted a dispute to Experian to remove unauthorized accounts and outdated personal information, but Experian has failed to take appropriate action. EXPERIAN HAS KEP FRAUD ADDRESS ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) WHICH I NEVER LIVED AND HAS UUST MARED DISPUTES AS VERFIED ( 2 ) DAYS AFTER SUMITTING LEADING THE CFPB TO THINK INVESTIGATION IS ACCURATE. EXPERIAN HAS LEFT ME WITH NO CHOICE TO DISPUTE BY MAIL OR ONLINE AS THEY SNED A PAPAER NOT ALLOWING THE DIPSUTE FROM DATAT BREACH I WILL SUE EXPERIAN FOR ALL OF THE DAMAGE. HERE IS PROOF CFPB OF DATA BREACH FAILUR TO ADDRESS DISPUTES AND MULTIPLE LIES After my dispute, Experian returned one account as " verified '' without providing any proof of a thorough investigation, despite my assertion that this account was a result of the breach. In addition, Experian has not removed the outdated addresses I requested to be deleted, leaving inaccurate information on my file.
