My issue is this one : Communication has been XXXX. I have and continue to phone XXXXanagelio and Hunt daily re : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX debt. I only ever get as far as speaking with a receptionist. The receptionist is not my problem. My problem is that # 1 ) I have this debt that XXXX states that I should address with this law firm. # 2 ) I don't know which of the 3 contact people to speak with for XXXX collection accounts but the receptionist has forwarded me to all 3 at this point # 3 ) I have left daily messages and phone repeatedly but not heard back from anyone at Tanagelio and Hunt to either settle or make payments or be informed of my options # 4 ) I am told every single day by the receptionist that I will be ( should be ) phoned back by someone in the office but its been well over that time period and cant establish any contact about the debt # 5 ) Have documented with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX on a daily basis that I am trying to reach them but T & H will not return my calls and wont answer their phone # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on multiple occasions has made the calls with me and documented Tanagelio and Hunt lack of response
