Due to Equifax data breach I have multiple fraudulent items in my consumer report, I have asked company to send me a purchase agreement, purchase assignment and signatures from me with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX proving I have done business with this company. I do not owe this company money nor do I know who this company is or have never done business with this company. They have failed to proved actual proof tiring me to this debt and A BILL IS NOT PROOF. According to 15 USC code 1681c-2 ( Section 605B of the FCRA ) unverified, an inaccurate information must be promptly deleted from consumer report. This is the fifth time I am disputing the same information the fact that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, nor any of the three credit reporting agencies, XXXX, Equifax, or XXXX has provided any proof further demonstrates, the information is unverified and inaccurate. I have not given permission for this to be on my consumer report so this violates section 605B, which is illegal. XXXX assist letter has been sent to this company and they still continue to send a bills. furthermore this company isnt even licensed to collect, Which is also a violation!
