Since the collections company first showed up on my credit report earlier this year. There have been on about 6 or 7 known occasions that the collector has used deceptive and illegal business practices in order to purposely damage my credit. A based upon the imformation in XXXX, it been estimated due to the collection company 's actions has lowered my credit score over XXXX points. What they do is they would remove the collection account from my credit report, and then report the account as a XXXX collections acount. Attached to this complaint will be evidence from XXXX of XXXX to XXXX of XXXX. On dates between XX/XX/XXXX XXXX The collection account was removed by the furnisher and then the account was reported as a new collections account. They repeated furnishing this fraudulent information several times on XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX and just recently XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. There are more times that this was done previously to XX/XX/XXXX going back to XXXX of XXXX. Sunrise Credit Services is the company responsible for these deceptive, fraudulent and illegal practices. The account was sold as a unpaid debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). The debt was never supposed to be put collections because the account is still active and I pay every month on the account. I hold both parties responsible for the damage done to my credit. Such extensive damage has resulted in many denials for credit such as personal loans, VA mortgage loan and applications for car loans.
