I opened an banking account with Truist on XX/XX/year> I deposited my irs issued tax return with the amount of {$7900.00} into the account at the XXXX XXXX XXXX branch which gave me a time frame of when my funds will be released which was XX/XX/year> and I have not received any of my funds due to negligence of the bank I provided the documents of my account tax transcripts which they asked for on XX/XX/year> with no word back from anyone regarding my funds. I demanded my account be closed and funds to be mailed but they are holding my account open against my will
