I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ECMC XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX stating my load had been cancelled due to the XXXX XXXX settlement for predatory loaning practices. Any checks that were issued in XXXX were either not cashed by XXXX or had been sent back to me with in the notification letter. Then my credit was restored in XXXX of XXXX. My Reference # XXXX XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX, I started receiving phones calls ( daily now ) from ECMC stating that settlement was Not a cancellation just the loan forgiveness program and payments are now due. ECMC IS requesting an updated letter of cancellation.
