XX/XX/year> I disputed a charge that i was billed in the wrong amount. Over billing of {$2000.00} ( XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted Capital One ( Savor Acct ) spoke to a Supv., named XXXX XXXX He refused to assist. Capital does NOT assist its card holders. I called the Company they to refused to assist. CAPITAL ONE issued a temporary Credit, but now stated they will reverse. In a day, they never gave the company a chance to RESPOND. One day. CAPITAL ONE IS TERRIBLE.
