On XX/XX/year> at XXXX p.m I received a deposit into my Venmo checking account. On XX/XX/year> my Venmo account was surprisingly suspended as to the reason it was suspended has not been disclosed to me yet and it is now XXXX XXXX. I have sent in all of the required documentation proving I am who I say I am but Venmo has still not unlocked my account nor have they given me any reason as to why they suspended my account in the first place. I have bills to pay and I am going to lose my home if Venmo does not let me withdraw my funds from their platform. I have read other people 's similar stories about Venmo and I don't see how they can do this to people. have done nothing wrong for them to suspend my account and for the moment they have stolen my money because I have no way to access it. I have no way to buy my family food, I have no way to pay my bills. This is a horrible nightmare scenario and I hope and pray you all can help me with this.
