On XX/XX/year>, my car was repossessed due to owed fees. Before the repossession, the company did not send a right to cure letter before repossession. The XXXX XXXX representative stated that they sent the right to cure letter on XX/XX/year>. The following information is false because I was not in default on payments for that month. I had the call transferred to the supervisor for XXXX XXXX about the right to cure letter and the representative stated that the right to cure letter was emailed and sent a mailing letter on XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year> which is also false because I have yet to receive the letters that they are claiming they have sent. The company did not take the proper and necessary steps to repossess the vehicle. I have yet to receive the letter stating that the car would be repossessed which is illegal for XXXX state laws.
