On XX/XX/year>, I began a dispute with Experian about a XXXX account that I did not authorize to be opened which was sent to collections. I did not learn about this account until it showed up on my credit report. I have filed an FTC report and a police report, and I have filed a claim with XXXX 's fraud department who have since sent me a letter confirming that I am not responsible for the account, that it was opened fraudulently. Experian has continued to close my disputes and argue that I am responsible for the account and that it will remain on my credit score, despite representatives of the fraud department repeatedly confirming that it should be removed. Today ( XX/XX/year> ) an agent informed me that they had reportedly been told by XXXX that the account was my responsiblity, but when I contacted XXXX again, they reconfirmed that this is not true. Today again I received an update that my dispute was closed again because an agent determined that : " your request to block was made in error, or, your request to block information was based on a material misrepresentation, or, you knowingly obtained or should have known that you obtained possession of goods, services, or moneys as a result of one or more of the transactions that you are seeking to block. '' They will not help me or fix my credit despite every other organization I have contacted confirming that this is a result of me being the victim of identity theft.
