THEY HAVE NOT REPORTED THE PROPER STATUS TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS. MY PHH MORTGAGE AND PROCESSED THROUGH XXXX. THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS SHOW THAT THE COURT RECORDS ON FORECLOSURE IS CLOSED. DOCUMENTS SHOW PAYMENTS ARE SET UP. NO LONGER BEHIND ON THE ACCOUNT
