Hello I recently reviewed my consumer report and I noticed that there were two late payments on my account with XXXX off open XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX that I havent been late for. In addition to that, I have also noticed that several of my consumer rights have been violated in the midst of these late payments being added to my credit report. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), as outlined in 15 USC 1681e ( b ), consumer reporting agencies are responsible for providing maximum accuracy when reporting consumer information, however my consumer report has several inaccuracies that I have attached below. In addition to that late payments are considered transactions due to the late fees that are associated with credit cards & according to 15 U.S. Code 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) consumer reports should not include information pertaining to any transactions or experiences between the consumer and the originator of the report. If this is the case, late payments that I am not responsible for should definitely not be reported on my consumer report! I am aware of several other consumer rights that have been violated and I am prepared to settle for civil liability damages that I have suffered as a result of your violations. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can not be provided, I ask that any late payments associated with XXXX off for the months of XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX for the months of XXXX XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX for the month of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX be updated to paid as agreed on time and NOT DELETED so the account can remain active.
