I called the customer service phone number and was told that my card was blocked because of a disputed transaction, and that Certegy sent this block. They told me I needed to contact them. I attempted to contact Certegy was a reference number was needed, which XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX didn't have any record of. I never disputed a transaction on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account or any transaction in relation to this account, such as adding funds. I have always added funds via Debit Card.
