I filed a claim for unauthorized charges XX/XX/XXXX. The dispute rep I spoke with had terrible conduct, asking the same questions and advising me that the calls are monitored, which was irrelevant. He asked what reason was there for not filing the transactions on time, to which I responded that when I filed a claim with then about 2 months ago the rep did not note all the charges I gave them. In a situation where you have no way to pay bills due to your money being taken the last thing I need is added stress. So I called back and asked for a supervisor and while I was explaining why the phone hung up. Nobody called back so I doubt it was on accident. I wanted someone to handle my case if the gentleman that took my charges down wasnt going to take it serious. I also told him I have proof I wrote down all the transactions that I disputed about 2 months ago. But since he couldnt see that he basically brushed it off. So rather than calling back and going through the same thing I just went with filing a complaint so someone else can reach out that has authority. The money on my card was for saving in case of emergencies. Which I shouldnt have to explain. It was my money that was taken so it should be taken more seriously. Otherwise, I have no problem going about it with legal help, which my father in law who is an XXXX offered the moment they hung up on me when I called back to speak to a supervisor.
