Between XXXX XXXX and XXXX, XXXX, I fell victim to a multi-layered scam operation run by XXXX XXXX XXXX, which involved me making deposits for a total amount of XXXX USD from my Gemini account to fraudulent investment firm ( s ). Description of the Incident : I have been investing with XXXX XXXX XXXX out of XXXX, XXXX since the end of XXXX. Invested over {$200000.00} while doing margin trading with XXXX XXXX ( Analyst ) and recently also communicated with XXXX XXXX ( Finance Dept. ). I tried to withdraw {$270000.00} from the account on the XXXX platform to transfer to my Gemini account and was given several excuses but was finally assured the funds would be received in my Gemini account. Needless to say, the funds were not there and my analyst and finantial representative are not responding. When I contacted Gemini with a complaint and a request to recover my funds, I was informed that they would close my account and I could no longer access the platform.
