I'm a lender on the XXXX Funds platform. I have several loans that are defaulted and past due. I have XXXX past due loan that shows pending payback. The pending payback has been like that for about XXXX months now. I need XXXX Funds to fix the " pending payback '' status of that loan. It should be showing as past due and it should be with collections. Next, I need detailed statuses of the collections for all XXXX of my past due loans. I also need the names and contact information of the borrowers so that I can send demand letters for repayment and file small claims against the borrowers.
