NATLCRSYS has not responded to the certified letter I sent on the XX/XX/2024 to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX. I previously sent a complaint about this account attempting to collect a debt not owed. Per my complaint via cfpb id number XXXX, it states that the company is longer in business and is not trying to collect the debt, so that is why my debt validation letter was returned to sender. I noticed on my XXXX credit file the address for the company was different so I sent a certified letter to that address as well and I have not received a letter back about anything. IF the company is no longer attempting to collect the debt then it should be removed from all XXXX of my credit files, not just XXXX This complaint is my last attempt to remedy the situation before I attempt to collect the XXXXXXXX XXXX I am owed per violation of federal law. tracking number for the certified letter was ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX us postal service.
