On XXXX XXXX I had gone to an atm I withdrew XXXX XXXX XXXX realized I needed more so I went back to atm withdrew another XXXX XXXX the money was taken from my account but I never received it so I called the bank and explained they told me it could be ten days to investigate filed dispute on the XXXX called every day to check dispute with no info then I was told they investigated the wrong atm withdrawals and ithey would have to file a new dispute even though I gave them the right info its been eighteen days Im still with out my money and they still havent credit me back
