I took out a loan for {$5000.00} through Affirm to pay for services that were not rendered with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ). This company needs to be investigated for fraud and scamming because they have not provided any services. They have inconvenienced me time and time again to drive 30+ minutes to their office for nothing to be done, then they turn around and tell me that everything could have been handled over the phone. I have been getting the run around from XXXX regarding a refund for both the XXXX XXXX and funds ( {$750.00} ) that were given to start an LLC for a business. XXXX stated he contacted XXXX XXXX regarding the refund and sent a screenshot of the dispute. I contacted Affirm twice to dispute the charges but the options they had did not apply and I was denied. I was told to send in screenshots, I have messages stating I will get the refund, but it has yet to happen. I am a XXXX veteran and thought I had found a reliable company that had integrity to help me with my claim, but it has been nothing but lies. I had an old employee ( XXXX ) reach out to us from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating she is no longer with the company, and she can not legally tell us what is going on, I am concerned that this company is scamming veterans for their hard-earned money and Affirm is doing nothing about it. I requested the CEO of XXXXXXXX XXXX to contact me regarding my refund for both XXXX XXXX and the LLC fees but have yet to speak with him. Yesterday I was told to come to the office for my refund ( I paid the {$750.00} in cash ) only to get there and the doors were locked and closed. I was told yesterday I would receive a wire transfer for the {$750.00} and they would contact XXXX XXXX but that has not been done either.
