My card was used unauthorized to book a hotel not even in my name. two charges for {$760.00} & {$200.00}. my claim was denied in less than 24 hours. another claim i filed was an XXXX XXXX transfer, i was scammed out of {$610.00} & never received an update to provide more information or anything. claim was denied within only 48 hours. thats a lot of money for me to have just lost out on and its upsetting, the proper investigation wasnt even conducted. there wasnt even an attempt to provide provisional credit, just flat out denied my disputes when these are VALID cases. Uploading proof that the hotel sent me that my card was used to purchase on a website not with my name. The {$610.00} charge was a scam as well
