There should only be XXXX student loan account open for {$14000.00}. Ive opened disputes and contacts student aid.gov who informed me that the accounts have been removed on their end so they are unsure why the credit bureaus are still reporting incorrect information. How is it that XXXX has been able to make the corrections but XXXX and Equifax cant seem figure it out? Maybe if you would actually INVESTIGATE MY DISPUTE instead of closing them in less than XXXX hours you would be able to obtain the correct information. This issue is affecting my quality of life, as my XXXX appears to be way higher than it actually is while trying to qualify for a home loan. This is a last ditch effort on my part before seeking relief legally.
