I received a Visa Gift card purchased by my mom for my birthday. She bought it from a store that sold Vanilla Gift cards. When I opened the card a large portion of the barcode tore off of the back of the card making it unusable. I went called the customer care number on the back XXXX There wasn't a prompt for my issue and there is no way to speak to anyone. I went to the website and read the options. It said if you need to replace the card call the Customer care # which I did again. There is not an option in the prompts for replacing the card. I just need a replacement card. I check the balance and it's {$25.00} and there have been no charges. My mom is XXXX XXXX and she purchased it with her credit card- her billing address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX WA XXXX I would like help getting a card replaced or refunding my mom 's credit card.
