XXXX I started a loss mitigation with shellpoint mortgage for my 2nd mortgage to offer to pay so much of my loan off and they would accept it and loan would be paid in full. For a whole year they kept putting me off and not contacting me. When everything was done they switched me to SLS servicing in XXXX. Did same loan modification with them when done they transferred my loan back to shellpoint. Started loss mitigation again with shellpoint and it has been months. They tell me everything is in then add something else I need on documents page they never call me. My single point of contact is supposed to keep in touch and she has never contacted me back. When I call in to see if done they tell me about another document I need so I upload that. Then they tell me I need past documents again because they are not finishing it on time so again have to send everything again. Monday XX/XX/XXXX finally got ahold of single point of contact and told her I want this done ASAP. She said " oh everything is in I'll send it to underwriting to view it. During this time an investor of the mortgage company put me in foreclosure while going through loss mitigation and I feel this was done so they could sell my house for more money. I called multiple times about this foreclosure. I was never notified by the mortgage company about foreclosure and I said why foreclosure when I'm going through modification. They said because the investor can. My modification would have been done in XXXX but the workers are not doing their job and contacting me at all and keep putting it off. I read to them that it was illegal to put in foreclosure during modification and they said it's on hold. So now I feel like they aren't going to accept it because investor wants to foreclose. They also told me that foreclosure amount will be added to my loan. I need help shellpoint is not helping me on this 2nd mortgage at all. I'm on social security XXXX and can't lose my house. I can't afford another one and can't afford to rent.
