On or about XX/XX/year> I received this notification from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. But XXXX XXXX Mortgage and Preservation Bankruptcy Department is being vindictive and refusing to honor this and instead is trying to get me to reapply for their Mortgage Assistance Program in which is useless because this failed program by then is what has me in this Foreclosure situation. And sadly there tends to be an unpleasant atmosphere amongst these customer service representatives of lies, deception and mockery towards minorities. Because obviously they cant expect the fact that this minority has been approved for this {$50000.00} grant from a third party. And if these individuals are supposed to be helping those to whom are in needing according to their political associates then why are they doing this to me? Also it was just brought to my attention than a Refinance Check for XXXX Plus Dollars was forged in my name by Step Father XXXX XXXX to whom is also on the mortgage. And one of the main reasons to why he has no interest in this property is because hes fearful that he may face legal action for forging the bogus name of XXXX XXXX XXXX on the Mortgage Note and the Refinance Check
