I am writing in reference to recent conversation with the company on XX/XX/XXXX. According to our calculations, there is a significant discrepancy in the amount of money we owe. I was told over the phone of a {$2.00} a day fee I knew nothing about. I never would have agreed to those terms. I have repeatedly requested a copy of the contract that outlines the terms and conditions of our agreement. To date, they have failed to provide any such documentation. In order for me to fulfill any payment obligation, a legally binding agreement must exist, clearly detailing the services to be rendered, the agreed-upon terms, and the associated costs. Without a copy of the signed contract, I have no basis to verify the legitimacy of their claim or assess whether the services provided align with the agreed terms. I believe this to be a predatory company who is taking advantage of consumers. They have continued to attempt to withdrawal from my bank despite the fact that I asked them not to. until this issue was resolved.
