I did create an account with wise and My account was deactivated, and I had an available balance ( XXXX $ ). I requested a refund since XX/XX/XXXX and made my appeal using my friend 's name because I wanted him to receive the money. WISE made the mistake of putting my name instead of keeping my friend 's name for the transaction, but they kept his account number and bank 's XXXX XXXX. The error is not mine, as I had entered the correct information. You made the mistake, and I should not have to pay for your error. It's unfair. Now, my friend 's bank rejected the money on the same day, and I want to have my money back. I sent my friend 's bank statement to prove that he did not receive the money because the name was entered incorrectly, which is why his bank declined the payment. Please, I want this money back. I have more than XXXX weeks asking for this money and they not trying to help me.
