I received 20+ charges each between XXXX and {$60.00} at the same exact time on the same exact day. Not only did this happen on one card but two cards of mine I had previously made purchases at the company, Crypto.com in exchange for crypto, but I did not make these charges. More importantly, none of these were delivered to me the company, as well as one of the managers responded, but failed to respond with receipts, transaction numbers, proof of delivery, etc.. This is sketchy and suspicious because Ive encountered the same situation before with the similar company. Currently one of my banks successfully disputed the transactions and they were resolved for that particular card. ( $ XXXX ). While this took quite awhileit was rwsolved. As for One Bank through XXXX employees, i submitted the disputes almost immediately after charge notifications were received. They have declined to process any of them and fail to provide reasons. This is insane. XXXX been 3 months now, and support wont even acknowledge anymore. I submitted all documents. Dociments from my crypto account showing nothing was deliverednor charged from my end. Upon more investigating these charges were found to correspond directly to pass charges that were declined by the merchant. So the merchant declined the charges due to a glitch, then charge my card at the end of the month that it did delivered what I purchased so Im left with over {$1000.00} in charges from a company that wont respond. Bank who wants to speed the charges the whole thing smells. I dont know where to turn. Ive tried everything.
