When I received notice that my internet service bill was due, I checked my XXXX credit card from the bank, which I had a credit of {$500.00} to cover the expected bills, while I am undergoing treatments for XXXX, I got online to check my credit card for the payment made and found that I have XXXX in my account as of XX/XX/year>. I called the number on the back of the card and talked to someone named XXXX, and he told me 3 different things : first he said he took out the money and deposited it into my savings account because noone can have a credit on a credit card. I checked my accounts and No deposit was made and then when I told him my account did not show a deposit, he said wait while I check again and when he came back on the line he stated he had written a check and sent it out on the XXXX of XXXX and because the XXXX was a holiday I should wait a few more days for it to get here. Then he said to wait again while he checked something, came back on the phone and said it appears that my money was put in another persons account and when he found it he would issue a check for a refund. I have been patiently waiting for my money to get here as I am on a very limited income of XXXX a month from Social Security and that is putting me in a bind financially. I did call my local bank to report this and the lady said she would call XXXX and see what he said and call me back. About an hour later she called me back and not very pleasant said that XXXX told her he sent out a check on the XXXX of XXXX and she told me to just wait for it. It is now the XXXX of XXXX and no sign of any refund in my accounts or mail. The Bank is Huntington Bank. I did send out a registered letter to corporate office in Ohio and still awaiting a response from them. I believe something is amiss and I am very comcerned because this XXXX person seemed to have too many explanations.
