My credit card debt is 14 years old, that is the last time I made a payment on any of my credit cards. The debt collectors have sent a letter letting me know that they have picked up my debt and want me to make payment. I called to try and set up payments but they declined my offer. Not sure how to stop them if they try to garnish my wages on a debt that is past the statue of limitations.
