I am disputing the reinsertion of previously deleted items on my credit report. I have already disputed this inaccurate information on my report and it was deleted, but it has now been added back on without any written notice. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), an item can not be reinserted onto my credit report without written notice by the credit bureaus. I have not received any such notice and therefore, the reinsertion of these items is a violation of my rights under the FCRA. I am requesting that these items be deleted from my credit report immediately, and an updated credit report be provided to me. I am now filing a complaint. I will also seek legal representation if necessary, as this issue is wasting my time and affecting my mental health. Both XXXX XXXX XXXX have violated my rights!
