Transunion provided they verified bankruptcy # XXXX with the US Bankruptcy court - Nevada also XXXX Bankruptcy # XXXX Transunion claimed was verified directly with US Bankruptcy court state of Nevada this is an error or a lie!!! I also contacted the Fraud department at Transunion who stated verbatim that this is not correct!! They have no correspondence at all with The Court House directly therefore, this is an error or a lie!!! Either way pursuant to USC 15-1681, 1682 according to the FCRA Im entitled to a fair credit report!! Transunion has affected my rental screening history, my integrity, my livelihood and most importantly my consumer report this is false fraudulent information, it needs to be deleted immediately I am also entitled to monetary compensation!!!! I provided all documentation proving these are not my bankruptcies you cant even legally file this close together!! The only time I have ever filed bankruptcy was in 2017 which was XXXX!! They have my police report as well as all documentation on file!!! This should be deleted immediately if not I will contact my attorney as this is a direct violation of 15-USC 1681 , 1682 Sincerely XXXX XXXX Transunion XXXX # XXXX
