XXXX CFPB, RE : CFPB Case # XXXX We received an email from the CFPB on XX/XX/year> advising us that CFPB Case # XXXX was forwarded to the OCC for review because the CFPB didnt have the 3rd Party Debt Collector Watanabe Ing LLP in their database . On XX/XX/year>, we received a call from an OCC representative advising us that OCC doesnt investigate Debt Collectors, therefore the OCC officially told me to officially tell the you ( the CFPB ), that the CFPB ( 1 ) needs to immediately reopen the existing CFPB Case # XXXX so that our family doesnt miss the 30 day deadline in reporting Fraudulent Debt Collectors pursuant to the FDCPA and ( 2 ) that the CFPB immediately needs to add Watanabe Ing LLP to their database ( as the CFPB protocol allows ) and to investigate and prosecute the complaint ( CFPB Case # XXXX ) that we originally submitted, but to only investigate/prosecute Watanabe Ing LLP 3rd party debt collector role and not American Savings Banks role ( which the OCC will investigate/prosecute ). Also, we have additional admissible evidence in regards to XXXX XXXX XXXX that please needs to be investigated and prosecuted by the CFPB. Please see XXXX XXXX # XXXX ( attached ).
