RESPOND TO ANOTHER TransUnion File NumberXXXX. I have been dealing with TransUnion for the past three months as I am a victim of both financial fraud and identity theft through coercion. Please see the attached legitimate documentation from U.S. law enforcement agencies. Please stop harassing me by repeatedly stating that TransUnion is unable to block negative reporting on my credit report. After all these months, I have provided more than just my electronic identity theft report filed with the FTC. You have everything you need, including my FBI letter and other documents from law enforcement agencies that have received my identity theft report. Please see the attached evidence. At this point, TransUnion is obviously harassing me, as I am a victim of a federal crime that you refuse to acknowledge. This is also a violation of the FCRA. If the credit reporting agency includes inaccurate information about the federal crime on the victims credit report, leading to negative impacts on my credit score, TransUnion is absolutely violating the FCRA.
