I was in a coma from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. My husband has no idea how to even pay the house payment. AS SOON as I got out of the hospital, I started going through mail. I immediately paid {$100.00} on my XXXX XXXX XXXX. There was a huge late charge. They then turned around and turned the {$40.00} bill from XXXX in as delinquent to my credit report. I talked to XXXX at their customer service when I realized what they had done. He promised that he personally would take that whole {$40.00} off my credit report by XX/XX/XXXX and would send me a bunch of coupons. The only thing he did was report it up to date but the delinquency is still there. How do I get it off?
