XXXX XXXX XXXX illegally repossessed my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX that I was current on with payments computer error. The tow company they hired destroyed and totaled out my beloved car which had a new motor replacement for XXXX just before illegal repo and destruction of car. XXXX agreed of this grave mistake and sent me my title and it was agreed upon with XXXX XXXX that my credit would reflect paid off in good standings, which XXXX has been negatively affecting my credit because of the inaccuracy of 90 days late and XXXX balance. XXXX has done this maliciously because, I call weekly to have removed, I disputed multiple times with all three credit bureaus to not have any form of resolution. I am intending to use my consumer protection laws and seek restitution from credit bureaus and also XXXX in lieu of XXXX per each infraction. 15 USC 1681n is the code. I anticipate quick resolution and if any other information is required please feel free to contact. Thank you, XXXX XXXX this has went past 60 days for official response from XXXX
