I have been a customer with Nissan since XXXX and this is my second car with them. I began to lease my XXXX Nissan Rogue sport in XX/XX/XXXX and throughout that time I did not have any issues with payments. At the end of XXXX I had lost my job and I had to relocate therefore the payments fell behind for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. After that setback I was able to catch up on payments and regain a good payment history. I then moved to Ga and in XXXX when my lease was up on my XXXX Nissan rogue sport, I took it to Bella Nissan of XXXX XXXX to refinance my car to keep it. During that process I am not sure what happened but I then received a notification for another late payment for XX/XX/XXXX. I called Nissan Motor acceptance and they stated that this was an error and that I should reach out to Bella Nissan to have them send a letter to them stating the mistake. I called Bella Nissan as I was told and then proceeded to follow up with Nissan Motors. Per Nissan Motor, the rep stated that It would take at least 30 days to update but there has been absolutely no change. I have called and written letters to Nissan Motors for this issue on multiple occasions. My last attempt was a letter requesting adjustment for the late payments. I did not get a contact back and it is over the 30-45 day period.
