I, XXXX XXXX, have reviewed my consumer reports and noticed theres inaccurate information on my credit report.. ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Collection Agency : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Consumer reporting agencies have assumed a role and responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. This is the law according to the FCRA. I have contacted ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX ) ( Collection Agency : XXXX XXXX ) Account # XXXX and asked for them to investigate and remove the inaccurate account from my consumer report that they are illegally reporting and have requested the original application bearing my signature.
