On XX/XX/year>, I text-messaged two numbers I was provided by another customer. I asked for the reason for denial and to inquire about a lesser dollar amount. This text was ignored. On XX/XX/year>, someone from BHG called me- not in response to a text, but rather as an automated follow-up. We discovered that the initial denial had been caused by a credit freeze I had initiated. I logged in to my account at XXXX XXXX removed the freeze, and the BHG representative walked me through the process again. This time it took 24 hours and I was denied. I received an email telling me that I was denied, but no reasons. I responded to the email using the address of the representative, which I know is monitored. As of today, I still have received no responses and no letters.
