Consumer Narrative
I have had an open MyWisely account open since I worked at XXXX last year for a couple months. They provided me with this debit card by mail as a way to get paid early. Just today XX/XX/year> I have contacted customer service through the chat option in the app, and had a conversation with a rep who confirmed they closed my account but clearly they didnt. No email confirmation and still my account shows active. I attempted to connect with an agent again but coincidentally I was in queue for over 30 minutes, compared to the literal less than 1 minute wait time I experienced in my initial contact.
