We ordered a broker price opinion to check if we can remove PMI. We got the XXXX and the bank sent me a letter saying based on my new home valuation the new Loan to Value LTV is 76 %, however that is not good enough to remove PMI. Based on your website, PMI should be removed at 80 % and must be removed by 78 %. Please help.
