I paid off my Milestone credit card in XX/XX/year>. They waited until XX/XX/year> to charge me a monthly fee- which they have never done before and I just realized today that somewhere along the line they signed me up for protection on my account without my approval and have charged me over the months without my knowledge different amounts. They never told me about a monthly fee or changes to my account. To my knowledge they have never charged me a monthly fee before. Nor have they told me about signing me up for protection. I want all money that I have paid for protection and or monthly fees back because they have never informed me of these charges and I never approved of these charges.
