I CONSUMER XXXX XXXX DISCOVERED I WAS A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT XX/XX/2024. SINCE THEN NUMEROUS OF COLLECTION ACCOUNTS HAVE APPEARED ON MY CREDIT PROFILES. HERE IS ANOTHER ACCOUNT FROM XXXX XXXX SOLD TO LVNV FUNDING. THIS ACCOUNT IS FRAUD AND NOT VALID. I HAVE NEVER DID ANY BUSINESS OR APPLIED FOR A XXXX XXXX CARD IN MY LIFE. IVE ASKED THIS COMPANY LVNV TO PROVIDE ME WITH A ORIGINAL CONTRACT WITH MY SIGNATURE WITH XXXX XXXX, NO RESPONSE. SECOND THIS COMPANY NEVER CONTACTED TO ME TO VALIDATE THIS DEBT BEFORE PLACING IT ON MY CREDIT REPORT 1682C-2. IM WELL AWARE THAT I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DISPUTE A DEBT PRIOR TO COLLECTION. THIS COMPANY IS IN VIOLATION OD FCRA 615 ( F ) ( 15 U.S.C. 1681M PROHIBITION ON SALE OR TRANSFER OF DEBT CAUSED BY IDENTITY THEFT. UNDER THE FCRA THIS ITEM IS NOT VALID AND CAN NOT APPEAR ON MY CREDIT REPORT WITHOUT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS OF VALIDATION OR PROOF A LETTER WAS SENT TO ME 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THIS REPORTING ON MY CREDIT ASKING FOR VALIDATION. LASTLY A DEBT THAT IS IDENTITY THEFT CAN NOT BE SOLD OR PURCHASED.
