I request a report from esperian credit agency and repeatably disputed claims they said they did an investigation and the did not. Had the found the mistakes my credit and life would not be ruined thanks to a XXXX XXXX XXXX bill pay mistake. I had perfect payment history and have been with the same bank for 20 years and all my bills have been on auto bill pay for years. The bank stoped my bill pay for month and then restarted it but not before all my accounts went to collections. They said they did an investigation they did not fix the errors. A year of trying to get XXXX XXXX XXXX to send a retraction letter. They did proving esperian lied. I submitted it again they said said the did an investigation they did not fix the error. My credit dropped to XXXX. The bank won't even issue a new card or open a line of credit I HAVE PERFECT PAYMENT HISTORY NEVER HAD AN OVERDRAFT. I COULD WALK IN ANYWHERE AND GET WHATEVER I WANTED. NO I HAVE LOST MY HOME MY CARS MY LIFE. THE REPORT SAID IF I DID NOT AGREE WITH THEIR FINDING I HAD THE RIGHT TO PERSURE LEGAL ACCTION AGAINTV THEM. I DO NOT AGREE AND WANT TO FILE SUIT FOR ALL THE THING 'S AND MONEY AND HOMES FRIENDS FAMILY I LOST. IVE BEEN HUMILIATED
