I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXX Acura XXXX XXXX, operated by XXXX XXXX, regarding a serious case of fraud and forgery involving an employee named XXXX XXXX. This case involved unauthorized alterations and duplication of a vehicle lease agreement that was fraudulently signed in our names. Incident Description : On XX/XX/year>, my wife and I entered into a vehicle lease agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Without our knowledge or consent, a second fraudulent contract was created by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year>, which included terms we never agreed to. This fraud was only discovered at the end of the lease term due to additional unexpected fees being charged. Discovery and Subsequent Actions : Upon discovering the forgery, we filed a police report with the XXXX, Arizona Police Department, which was forwarded to the XXXX Police in California. However, this case was not pursued due to other ongoing police priorities.
