On XX/XX/XXXX I got an alert that XXXX was being deducted from my bank account by XXXX XXXX I did NOT authorize this transaction! I called chime immediately and told them XXXX somehow stolen my bank card information and updated it into their database, then proceeded to make an unauthorized transaction from my account. I also emailed chime alerting them of this as well. Yet my money is still not back in my account why do I have to fight for MY MONEY? I worked for my money! If I'm telling my bank that the transaction was unauthorized why do I got ta prove that it was unauthorized clearly I do Not dispute every single transaction that I make but with this particular transaction I am disputing it because my banking information was compromised and funds stolen out of my account due to an illegal unauthorized transaction. Yet chime still allowed my money to be stolen illegally.
