Consumer Narrative

Acima Leasing uses pressure and trickery to target people in lower-income communities to buy into their furniture leasing agreements. Acima used deceptive business practices to lure me into a furniture contract in the amount of XXXX. Acima started to overcharge me despite my debt being paid off. I paid about {$3300.00} towards the contract however, Acima is still attempting to charge me for a balance. I am demanding a refund for the amount I over paid. I am also demanding they stop contacting me to collect a debt.
