According to my credit report, WILLIAM & FUDGE INC is reporting misleading and deceptive information. WILLIAM & FUDGE INC is alleging I owe them {$10000.00}. WILLIAM & FUDGE INC has abused and deceived me into believing that I was obligated to pay this alleged debt. This alleged debt has been charged off via 1099 C cancellation of debt to the Internal Revenue Service by the original company. Now WILLIAM & FUDGE INC requires me to pay them.
